I did something of that sort but left out:

  - the non-tabstrip-specific parts,
  - the naming recommendation,
  - the Tooltip part because according to my tests, the Tooltip
    is a property of the whole TabStrip, it cannot be set for
    each tab individually.

I don't think it is too concise for newcomers now, but you'll
know better.
