[Gambas-user] HTML form to Gambas Webform variable by get/post method ?

Please find at attachment an elementary code wherein I m trying to send 
HTML form user input variables to Gambas Webform (by METHOD = GET or 
METHOD=POST)
Please suggest how can I do this ?
