Noo ...! Google does not deserve the attention they get. There is such a
lot of mail providers which do their work much better.

And you as a sender are not the problem. The problem is, that Google
bounces your mail because it contains an attachment with a filename with
the ending .tgz.

Thats so silly ... ¿Wait...what???

I think that's only a good example for Google's AI (artificial
intelligence).
