[Gambas-user] Cannot run Web Form app

I created a new Web Form application from the Gambas IDE welcome screen. Without changing anything, I tried to run it.

I got "gb.httpd: bind 0.0.0.0 - Address already in use" in the console. And, Konqueror was launched with
"error:/?error=124&errText=localhost#http://localhost:8080" in the location bar.

Am I missing some configuration setting?
