Is it possible to have Scrollingarea returning an info about the
scrollbar height or width.

My suggest are :

or
SA.ScrollH that return the true visible area without sb.H
idem for Width

or
Having  Two property that return the SB size :

SA.ScrollbarH
SA.ScrollBarW
that properties return 0 if the scroll bar is not visible.

I prefer the first solution.
