[Gambas-user] Support for IMAP in gb.net.curl

WOW! we now can make that bugtrackert check a email accoount for new
tickets!

with this class we can build now more advanced apps that can checks and
process evnets based on mails messages..

this class will be available in 3.10.X ? or later?
