(http://gambaswiki.org/wiki/install):

gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.31, gstreamer-interfaces-0.10 >= 0.10.31 for 
Gambas <= 3.4
gstreamer-1.0, gstreamer-video-1.0 for Gambas >= 3.5

How these packages are called in To0pPy Linux I don't know.
