Description

The tabstrip label foreground color has no effect.

Steps to reproduce in Gambas-devel 3.9.2 :
1. Create a tabstrip control
2. Change the background color to black (see image) [optional]
3. Change the foreground color to white (see image)

Problem Description:
1. The label of the strip is still black. It has no effect (also not when he program is executed)
