[Gambas-user] Switching to GitLab

I redone many sections of the git gambas wiki, and link the wiki contribute
page

I track all the Gambas' gitlab organization, development workflow, and code
hints, tomorrow i'll chek last parts and pass a spell check again just for
sure..

Please take a shot of the given corrections
