[Gambas-user] bugtracker search by gambas version and author

please benoit nd team, added the feature URGENCY to bugtracker to
search by the gambas version on the bugtracker

also, added a better hqandle of the navigation bars! the bar on the
lower screen are only visible when the end of the screen are reached
in some browsers!
