The Best Practice depends on what your Packager module is:

 o If it is an ordinary new Gambas project, send the source archive to the devel mailing list [1]
   and explain why it should be included in the repository,
 o If you made a modification to the Packager/ directory in the IDE source code, you can generate
   a patch using the menu Project -> Patch -> Create... and send it to the list, or you can directly
   commit [2] the change, if you are confident it doesn't break too many things (it would be better
   to do that if Benoit is around though, to not have unchecked code lying around in the repository
   for longer than necessary),
 o If it is, for whatever reason, a change in the C files of Gambas, you can either send a svn diff
   to the mailing list or, better in this case, commit the code once Benoit is here.
