Ok, finally found the way to reproduce it with a simple project (with a bigger project is it more visible). Also reproduced on Gambas3 3.8.4.

To reproduce it, do as follows:
- gunzip/tar the testsocket.example.tar.gz
- in the "TestSocket" you will find 2 files: "test.sh" and "TestSocket.gambas"
- Start TestSocket.gambas in a normal window
- Start test.sh in another window
- Wait about 5-10 minutes (max), and you will see the message "gbx3: warning: trying to watch fd #-1"
