I don't get this bug again if 
 - switch on "automatic word warp by default" (attach pic-1)
 - close the IDE to get effect

but If I want to see this bug :
 - switch off "automatic word warp by default"
 - close the IDE to get effect
 - add one or more lines at the end of this file
 - keep your cursor also at the end of the file
 - press the "Reload" button

it's worked for version 3.8.1 and 3.8.90 r7336
