Different condition get different result

I don't have problem for *.txt and *.html file (With r7312 the bug has fixed and try again with r7324 still fine). attach pic compare with 3.8.1 version

but when try *.class or *.module the bug still exist. (With r7324)

With special condition : the file is empty.

To reproduce it:
 - create test.class (class or module) file in /tmp directory
 - open with gambas text editor
 - add one or more lines at the end of this file
 - keep your cursor also at the end of the file
 - press the "Reload" button
