No, cancel this.
I closed all instances of the IDE (3) and then restarted it and loaded the project. Now all the lines are back.
No idea on what caused the effect in the first screenshot though. I had :
closed the file and reopened it,
refreshed the class code, and
refreshed the project.

I have no clues as to what caused it. Multiple IDE instances? Something in the file itself? Something in that IDE instance.
It is the only time I have seen this.
