You obviously did not uninstall correctly the old installation, according to these kind of messages:

ln: failed to create symbolic link ‘/usr/bin/gbs3’: File exists

Another point, you get these kind of errors too:

Error loading libdumb.so.1: libdumb.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

It seems that there are something weird on your system...
