When you are switching between files using the tabs, the editor remembers where you where in that document the last time.
When you have a lot of tabs open, it can often be more easy to navigate to the desired file by double clicking the file in the project tree, rather than scrolling through the tab panel.
The problem is that when you do the latter, the cursor is placed inside the main procedure, and you have to find back to the place you left off.
