[Gambas-user] Pre-release of Gambas 3.8.1 (2)

Compiles fine on ARMv7 (Cubietruck)
Running now to test stability.

Some executables report outdated versions though.

$ gba3 -V
3.8.1

gbs3.gambas:

$ gbw3 -V
3.7.90
$ gbs3 -V
3.7.90

gbh3.gambas:

$ gbh3 -V
3.6.90
