Well at the end it's not really a bug. In Fact after reading the code, 
I've seen that websetting.Cache.Path Wait for a path beginning by /home/fabien/.cache in my case.

But the Error message request a directory in "~/.cache". So two choice can solve this problem : 

- Allow relative path if it accept it.
- or Change the doc and error message.

I'd prefer first one.
