Well, a quick look at the config output tells me that at least:
Qt5Core >= 5.3.0,
Qt5Gui
Qt5Widgets
Qt5Svg
Qt5PrintSupport
Qt5X11Extras
and the associated devel header packages are required.

But have you also see the commit notes for this rev?
