1) Describe the problem.
With gb.gtk3 component Tooltips are shown also if you set  
Application.ShowToolTips=False

2) Give information about your system. Use the 'System information' menu in
the Gambas IDE, and paste the result there.

Run the project an move the cursor over the button1 (ToolTips are disabled  
in the Form_Open event)
