Application shortcuts do not work if they are already used by the 
desktop as global shortcuts.

I don't think there is a way for a Gambas application to know these 
global shortcuts, so I guess you have to manually handle that case. 
Either by redefining the global shortcut from the desktop, or local the 
shortcut from the application.
