[Gambas-user] Official release of Gambas 3.5.3

Hi,

Gambas 3.5.3 is now officially available.

I backported two fixes since the unofficial release: one in the IDE help 
system, and another more serious in the interpreter: a memory leak in 
Upper$() and Lower$().
