1) A form's (eg. Form1) resizable property is set to false. When form is  
opened as Form1.Show then the opened form cannot be resized. However when  
the form is opened as Form1.ShowModal then the opened form can be resized  
and its top border also contains "maximize" icon,

2) GIVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATIONS (if they are appropriate):

3) Provide a little project that reproduces the bug or the crash.
