The subject pretty tells everything; i ask this to be able to set a  
background image in some parts of the form.
Other useful things could be the ability to set the image paint mode; i  
mean repeat-x, repeat-y,stretch,single...

Alternatively, an 'arrange' property for the picturebox component would be  
fine :)
