Some controls of the mouse scrolling does not work properly. The slider  
moves to the scrolling, but the content is not. See the attachment, I  
created some examples...

Version: Stable 3.4.0 from PPA
Distribution: Ubuntu 12.10 (amd64)
GUI component: GTK+
Desktop used: GNOME with Unity but the problem exists elsewhere
