So the shell command is the following:

sudo sh -c "echo out >/sys/class/gpio/gpio27/direction"

(with '>') ?

Try this:

Exec ["sudo", "sh", "-c", "echo out >/sys/class/gpio/gpio27/direction"]

Or use Gambas executable with root permission:

File.Save("/sys/class/gpio/gpio27/direction", "out\n")
