Ok, in short (see more details in previous posts)

Previous install was from PPA Kendek
I removed it completely
sudo apt-get remove gambas3
sudo apt-get autoremove

Next installed download archive from website Gambas
After:
sudo make install
I do:
gambas3
error message given is:
gbr3: no project file in '/usr/local/bin/gambas3'
