Not completely fixed in revision #4552. 'Centre' & 'new-Cursor' problems  
fixed. However, Save (of new row) only works if click 'New' icon, key in  
details (e.g. Italy in Test project attached in comment 1), click 'New'  
icon (i.e. should not have to do this), & click 'Save' icon. Also, I've  
noticed that if 2 rows are added and saved (e.g. Germany & Italy), then  
clicking on the last one (i.e. Italy) & clicking 'Delete' causes deletion  
of both rows rather than the one highlighted (i.e. Italy).
