[Gambas-user] Installing Gambas 3 fails

Ubuntu 12.04, gambas3-3.0.0

I'm following instructions found at
http://kalaharix.wordpress.com/gambas-3/gambas-3-compile-and-install/

Have pasted commands for Natty and get 

"Package kdelibs4-dev is not available, but is referred to by another
package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source"

Can anyone help?
