See attached file, the area in which I can control the slider instead of  
the expander, is only the 2-3 mm's between the red arrows...quite  
unworkable, I know it's a ubuntu issue, to make window drag handles so  
small, but it's the default theme and not workable.
So please don let the expander overlap the slider.
