1) The SpinBox down arrow looks disabled when at max value in QT. But it is  
fully functional.

Version: 3.2.1 PPA
Operating system: Linux
Distribution: Ubuntu 12.04
Architecture: x86_64
GUI component: QT4
Desktop used: Gnome

3) Provide a little project that reproduces the bug or the crash.
Provided.

5) Explain clearly how to reproduce the bug or the crash.
Set value to max and look at the down arrorw.
