They don't blink. :-) I just draw a ghost frame around controls to see 
them when they have no borders.

By doing that (moving the mouse a lot on a form), my CPU climbs to 15%. 
But you have a slower computer than mine.

Can you make a profile of the IDE when doing that (moving the mouse)?
