[Gambas-user] How to create simple applet?

I need applet on label which would be situated near time-applet on LXPanel.
Sorry, I'm not professional, I tried to understand this manual:

but I could not translate it to Gambas.

I just asked a example of such applet on Gambas to modify it, if it
possible.
