Hi,

Here is a little update of Gambas 2.

It mainly fixes the gb.v4l component so that it compiles correctly on recent 
Linux kernels.

* BUG: The GB.ToZeroString() API now correctly handles zero length strings.

* BUG: Ignore "core", "vgcore.*" and "callgrind.*" files when making an
  executable.

[GB.V4L]
* BUG: Make gb.v4l compile with recent kernels.
