[Gambas-user] This Gambas 2 example does not work properly:

The problem is setting a zero length string to the label
For example


    'make a label label1 on the form with text ="B"
    'then run the following...

    DIM s AS STRING
    s = "D"
    s = Left(s, 0)
    PRINT Len(s) - 1, "*"; s; "*"  ' s is correct: empty string
    Label1.text = s                ' <-this does not overwrite the 'B' to empty.
