You shouldn't, as that source package is *not* the release candidate. It is 
just a source package for testing if making binary packages work everywhere. 
That is not the case at the moment. Moreover, internal version numbers will be 
changed to 3.0.0 in the RC1 package, besides other little changes.

So please wait a little! :-)
