I have gtk+2.24.4 on Ubuntu, and gtk_window_set_has_resize_grip is declared in 
the header files. 

I downloaded gtk+2.24.5 sources, and I didn't find 
gtk_window_set_has_resize_grip in it!

WTF? Is it an Ubuntu WTF again?
