ScrollArea.ScrollX (gb.form)
"Returns or sets the horizontal scrolling position."
ScrollX is read only. "or sets" has to be deleted.

Same with
ScrollArea.ScrollY (gb.form)
"Returns or sets the vertical scrolling position."
"or sets" has to be deleted, too.
