[Gambas-user] Alternative to differentiate private and public symbols on the IDE

Often, we use conventions of prefix to distinguish symbols public and
private. An alternative way to do this would be allow to have
differents colors to highlight public and private symbols, by
disaggregating the item "Symbols" in Tools > Preferences > Style to
"Public Symbols" and "Private Symbols".
