First, I apologize for my bad English. Google helps, but not much.

Steps that I perform:

1. New project with gtk +

2. I close Gambas.

3. Change the file. Proyect and delete the reference to the component
gb.gtk.ext

4. Gambas open again but I can not put any control on the form. see a
locked symbol next to the controls.

It is as if the IDE is blocked.
