I added a notice in the "compilation & installation" page on the wiki. I hope 
it will be enough.

Note that these components are not actually "essential", as you may want to 
compile and install Gambas without the development environment. For example 
you could compile and install the interpreter on an ARM embedded platform, and 
use the IDE on a x86 PC.
