I finally found a workaround to that Qt bug in revision #3347. And I added a 
new Paint.DrawImage() function to easily paint images. And I fixed the default 
value of Printer.Count in gb.qt4 that is now one, so that at least one page is 
printed when calling Printer.Print().

Now printing should work the same on both gb.qt4 and gb.gtk.
