[Gambas-user] oxygen border theme and gb.qt4 component visual issues

Thanks very much.
Now it looks better :-)

But now there is another problem :-) When menubar is hidden, it looks
"below" of toolbar. The toolbar buttons work fine, but I can see the
menubar yet, below them.
