I've the same problem with another file; so now I suspect the String 
to be utf-8 and to throw me out before the end of the conversion
because of an odd combination of bytes.

O_o SWELL: TextStr = Conv(TextStr, "utf-8", "ascii") returns a 
"Bad string conversion"...  (d° for Conv$)

What do I do now??
