I'm not sure I understand correctly, but;

Dim oo As Object

For Each oo In FormName.Controls ' or ContainerName.Children
If oo Is Label Then
oo.Caption = "Some string"
Endif
Next

You can use oo.Tag as identifier.
Or you can put you labels to collection.
