I don't think so, but I'm not a specialist.

GB philosophy is much different as you design your "mask" in a graphical way,
from the RAD; so you can have an input zone wherever you want to put it 
(and enable/disable it to make it visible/invisible).

If you're talking about making a TEXT mask same as in DB3, I don't know (but I'm
also interested by the answer:)
