[Gambas-user] Where to find this in the IDE code

Hi,

I want to configure my toolbar and would like to use the method in the IDE 
with the popup like shown in the picture, but i can't find it in the IDE code 
to use as a sample.

I've looked at all the forms and not there, perhaps is generated in code.

Anyone know, could find??
