Because this is not *just* bug fixing, there are new features.

Or because these are bug fixes for the 2.0 version, not the 2.5.

Or because I noticed that newbies tend to be lost as soon as there are more 
than two digits in the version number.

As you can see, one can find many reasons! :-)
