[Gambas-user] Apparently huge exectable file

I tried compiling my project (as get just basically a gui).

Takes for ages, and in the installation directory I end up with a 2.0GIG, yes 
GIG file called project1.gambas (which I was silly enough to click on and 
dosn't run).

In the Project1/ directory root there is also a file called project1.gambas 
weighing in at a huge 52K!!!!!, yeah,well small cf the other one.

If I type gbx2 project1.gambas up pops my program 

What's is happening?
